Project List

Kitchen & Bath Remodel
Flour Mill Loft

This 1920 mill building was converted into lofts in 1998. While keeping the existing large grain processing complex and the three storage bin silos there was also a 30 unit loft complex constructed with similar architectural features. Constructed of concrete and steel many considerations had to be pre thought when completing our remodel project of the kitchen and a master bathroom. The master bathroom was built in one of the silos with radius walls.

Scalloped tile, cork flooring, birds eye maple, teak, bamboo, glass, marble, mica and 3 form materials were all used on this project and made two beautiful rooms. By raising the floor for all our new plumbing we were able to minimize the impact on the unit below.

This was a very challenging project and with the help of many wonderful partners on this project we were able to complete this almost impossible feat.

Temp Image 1I love working with Pat and Rory from Quality Building Services, Inc.

They are extremely conscientious, careful with every detail. They go beyond the call of duty to complete the project on time. They are skilled working with contractors and are able to get them in and out quickly, requiring the highest standard of work. They are people of integrity who do not quit until the job is right. I enjoyed having them in my home, they became friends, people you can trust.
