Project List

Kitchen Remodel
The Preserve

This home located in the Preserve was in need of and updated kitchen with added square footage. The once outdated kitchen did not allow the family to use the space efficiently. By removing a structural wall we were able to add about 200 square feet to the foot print of this kitchen, allowing the family to now gather in the area. A prep sink, warming drawer, built in refrigerator, double oven, built in microwave as well as adding an island that served as a cooking area and a sitting bar, were all part of why this family now could be apart of the cooking experience. When relocating the main level laundry room a mud room, desk area and bathroom were created again creating more living space for the family.

Temp Image 1To Whom It May Concern:

I recently had teh pleasure to work with Rory Norton of Quality Building Services Inc. I contracted Rory in June of 2003 to remodel and add on to our home. This project was more than the standard remodel and required structural work, new non-structural work and finishes. Attention to detail and concern for safety were a priority in addition to making sure the project stayed on schedule.

As the project moved forward, daily, I was impressed and gained more confidence in Rory. His attention to detail and his above and beyond concern for safety not only made our project a success but also a pleasant surprise.

As an owner of a business that is involved in commercial construction, dealing with General Contractors and various subs, I can say confidently that Rory is highly qualified, and will make any project run efficiently and safely. In fact I would be hard pressed to find an individual that contains more skills, knowledge, and concern than Rory.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions
