Second Story Addition
Wheat Ridge

The family that lived in this home located in Wheat Ridge loved the area and large lot with mature landscape but needed more room to accomodate their growing family. In remodeling the main level we were able to double the square footage of the home and incorporate a master bedroom, 5 piece master bath, 2 functional kids bedrooms, a kids bathroom and second floor laundry room.

We have had the wonderful experience of taking our home and making it bigger, as well as changing the existing structure to fit our growing family's needs. Rory Norton and Quality Building Services were an essential part of our experience. There is no doubt that without Rory, this project would not have been completed as efficiently, as professionally or as beautifully.

Rory did an excellent job of planning the process needed to complete the job. He was able to predict how the job would progress, who would neeed to be working on specific days, what materials would be needed, etc. There are so many tangible aspects of doing construction sush as this, but Rory has the experience and organization to make it happen extremely efficiently.

Rory also took a personal interest in this project. He has an excellent eye for details and design. It was important to him that the job each of his subs or the people that worked for him did was of top quality. His standards were as high as ours. He made good recommendations and understood what we were looking for and guided us to those points. We truly love our home and each part that we have changed we can admire and know that it is exactly as we had dreamed it would be.

Rory also has an extremely high level of integrity. Throughout the entire project, Rory did everything he said he or his employees would do. If something was not up to our expectations, which was rare, Rory would also see to it that the situation was changed and that we were satisfied. Since the project has been completed, he has been sure to adjust the few things that were not quite up to our expectations. He is interested in our feedback and our opinion of his work as well as the work of all of his subs. There is no doubt that he will use this information to make his business one of the best in the area, making the changes needed and keeping the successes to ensure that each subsequent project he works on will be just as successful as our beautiful home.
